Our family’s connection to Lake Sunapee began in the mid-1940s at Blodgett’s Landing. Generations discovered the beauty, quiet and traditions of a lake that would become part of our lives.
Summers were spent swimming and boating, gathering at Knollwood, and returning year after year to a place that always felt like home. A family wedding at the historic Soo Nipi Park Lodge added another chapter to that connection.
A place of our own.
Eventually, the dream of owning a home on the lake became a reality. In 1991, our story found its way to Woodland at Jobs Creek. Family and friends have gathered here through every season since, building the traditions that make a lake house more than a house.
Today, Points on Sunapee carries that story forward. Woodland offers the classic lake-house experience our family has enjoyed for generations: private waterfront, long afternoons on the water, and time together.
Nearby, Fernwood introduces a new expression of that experience. Opening in December 2026, it pairs modern architecture and contemporary comfort with the same enduring sense of place.
